All bookings require a 40% deposit fee. This deposit goes towards your service!

This is to protect me and you from any time being wasted.

Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel at any time even within 24 hours.

Your deposit will go towards the rescheduled service if it’s within 2 weeks of the service.

If it’s after 2 weeks you will need to rebook and put down a new deposit.

Life happens, we get it! Grace is 15 minutes, anything after that your appointment will be cancelled and you can reschedule at a different time.

No call/no show - Your deposit will be forfeited and if you choose to rebook again you will have to pay a NEW deposit fee.

Just like you value my time, I value yours. If I’m late you will receive an automatic 50% on your service.

This is a service based business, unfortunately there will be no refunds. If you are unpleased with any service or have any concerns and complaints, PLEASE let me know and we can come to an agreement of some sort. ❥

If you would like a date/time not listed you can pay a $30 squeeze in fee that will be added onto your service.
