Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel at any time even within 24 hours.
→ TARDINESS/NO SHOW
Life happens, we get it! Grace is 15 minutes, anything after that your appointment will be cancelled and you can reschedule at a different time.
No call/no show - You will not be able to book with me again.
Just like you value my time, I value yours. If I’m late you will receive an automatic 50% on your service.
→ REFUND
This is a service based business, unfortunately there will be no refunds. If you are unpleased with any service or have any concerns and complaints, PLEASE let me know and we can come to an agreement of some sort. ❥

If you would like a date/time not listed you can pay a $30 squeeze in fee that will be added onto your service.
